📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Data Analysts.
• Participate in hiring and assessing analytics talent.
• Ensure quality and effectiveness of analytical work; guide methodology and conclusions.
• Improve scalable data practices and cross-functional collaboration.
• Remain hands-on with SQL, data modeling, dashboards, and data products.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into actionable insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in data analytics, BI, or analytics leadership in a product tech environment.
• Proven people-management or leadership experience guiding data practitioners.
• Strong analytical judgment; calibrate rigor to decision needs.
• Deep SQL expertise and familiarity with cloud data warehouses.
• Experience with dbt-style modeling and BI/data visualization tools.
• Ability to work across the analytics stack and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
