📋 Description

• Partner with stakeholders to understand objectives and translate needs into analytical solutions.
• Gather, document requirements; create BRDs, user stories, and process flows.
• Define KPIs, metrics, and reporting frameworks for initiatives.
• Extract, clean, analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends.
• Develop dashboards and recurring reports using Power BI or Tableau.
• Collaborate with product, tech, and ops teams to deploy analytics solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years in business analysis, data analytics, or related field.
• Experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau; strong Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights to stakeholders.
• Experience with process improvement and data storytelling; Agile exposure preferred.
