Data Center Manager

📋 Description

• Manage on-site operations of EAT data center; ensure uptime, safety.
• Lead and mentor distributed team across EAT; staffing, scheduling, performance.
• Oversee compute, storage, networking infra including liquid GPU systems.
• Manage power, airflow, liquid cooling; coordinate with facilities and vendors.
• Collaborate with architects and product owners to align builds with requirements.
• Collaborate globally with regional DC managers to share patterns and align plans.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10 years in data center ops; 3+ years leadership.
• Deep technical knowledge of DC systems; coach others.
• Experience with GPU deployments; liquid cooling a plus.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, UPS, cooling design.
• Hands-on with DC health monitoring, rack design, cabling, and manageability tools.
• Experience with Jira and applying Kanban or similar agile workflows.
