📋 Description

• Own architectural thread for MDC deployments globally.
• Lead site due diligence from early stages through permitting.
• Standardize modular design language for campuses and MDCs.
• Interface with architects, GC, and code consultants across geographies.
• Ensure life-safety and operations requirements from design to as-built.
• Travel 20–30% to project sites and vendor locations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Architecture; RA/AIA or international equivalent.
• 5–7 years leading design and permitting for commercial/industrial sites.
• Working knowledge of IBC and comparable international codes.
• Autonomy to define playbooks and own architectural standards.
• Willingness to travel ~20–30% worldwide.
