Data Center Transaction Principal, Europe

📋 Description

• Lead the RFP and commercial sourcing for European data center deals.
• Negotiate term sheets and LOIs; structure commercial terms.
• Bridge LOI to executed transaction; ensure all requirements are met.
• Project manage cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
• Serve as single contact for networks, deployments, and gov’t relations.
• Develop and maintain transaction timelines; identify risks to closure.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in transaction management, CRE, data center leasing, or infra procurement.
• Proven track record managing multi-stakeholder transactions from sourcing to execution.
• Strong negotiation skills in term sheets, LOIs, and commercial agreements.
• Excellent project management; coordinate across legal, technical, finance, and operations.
• Experience with RFP processes and competitive sourcing for major infra or real estate deals.
• Experience in European markets with knowledge of DC development landscape (Nordics, S Europe).
