Data Engineer, AI & Analytics

📋 Description

• Work on the Data Team with end-to-end data pipelines, modeling, and data marts.
• Build AI-ready semantic layers and supporting data infrastructure.
• Collaborate with nova product/engineering and client teams to translate requirements into data
• Monitor data quality and optimize pipelines for cost and performance.
• Design end-to-end data lifecycles for multi-client, multi-tenant environments.
• Leverage AI-agentic workflows to accelerate development and standardize patterns.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in data or analytics engineering, with production dbt ownership.
• Advanced Python and SQL, production-grade data pipelines and modeling.
• Deep dbt expertise (models, tests, snapshots, pipelines).
• Strong Snowflake and cloud data stack experience.
• Multi-tenant data modeling and client vs core layering judgment.
• Experience with marketing/ad datasets and UTMs attribution insights.
