🎯 Requirements

3+ years in data or analytics engineering; 1+ year owning a production dbt project.
Advanced Python and SQL proficiency for production-grade data pipelines.
Deep dbt expertise (macros, tests, snapshots, DAGs, materializations).
Strong Snowflake experience and cloud data stack autonomy.
Experience modeling in multi-tenant environments; knowledge of marketing/ad datasets and UTMs.
End-to-end data lifecycle design from ingestion to serving; reliability for BI and AI use cases.
