Data Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and support scalable enterprise data platforms.
• Develop production-grade ELT pipelines from LIMS, ERP, CRM, APIs, and sponsor systems.
• Create modular data transformation frameworks with automated tests, lineage, and deployment
• Develop dimensional and semantic data models and governed datasets.
• Ensure data quality, traceability, lineage, and regulatory compliance (GxP, GLP, HIPAA, 21 CFR Part
• Provide operational support, monitoring, and reliability improvements for the data platform.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Engineering/Math/Data Science; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in data engineering or related fields; 3+ years with enterprise data platforms.
• 3+ years using Snowflake as the primary cloud data platform; performance, security, governance
• Strong SQL and Python; experience with dbt Cloud/Core; ETL/ELT tooling.
• Experience with data integration via REST/GraphQL APIs, Talend/Fivetran or equivalents; AWS/Azure
• Ability to translate scientific and business requirements into scalable data models and data
