Data Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data processing systems with code quality and performance.
• Collaborate with data analysts, software engineers, and stakeholders to understand data needs.
• Develop and maintain ETL pipelines into our data warehouse on Data-bricks.
• Lead real-time data processing using Spark Streaming and Kafka.
• Enforce data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Troubleshoot data processing issues with cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years as a Data Engineer with a proven track record.
• Proficiency in Scala/Java/Python; strong Spark and Delta Lake.
• Experience with Dagster or similar data job schedulers.
• Proficient in Metabase or similar BI tools for data visualization.
• Strong communication and collaboration; English proficiency.
