• 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Platform, or related roles.
• 3+ years leading engineering teams and mentoring engineers/consultants.
• Deep experience with Databricks, AWS, and modern cloud data platforms.
• Proficiency in Python, Scala, or similar languages; strong data tooling experience.
• Strong delivery focus with architecture, governance, and operational excellence.
