Data Governance Analyst

📋 Description

• Support development and improvement of data governance framework, policies, standards, and roadmaps.
• Define and maintain data standards, naming conventions, definitions, and reference data.
• Establish data ownership and RACI models across stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stewards, owners, security, and legal to operationalize governance requirements.
• Ensure data classification and compliance with privacy and regulatory needs.
• Translate policies into actionable governance controls and practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Information Systems or related field; 5+ years general; 7+ years specialized
• Experience supporting enterprise data governance programs and operationalizing policies.
• Strong knowledge of data quality, metadata, governance frameworks, and operating models.
• Experience defining enterprise data standards across teams/environments.
• Experience with high-sensitivity data and privacy/security practices.
• Experience with data catalog tools (Collibra, Alation, Qlik) and data lineage.
