📋 Description

• Lead the establishment, implementation, and ongoing maturity of a healthcare data governance
• Develop and maintain data governance frameworks, policies, standards, and data stewardship
• Provide strategic leadership across data governance, privacy, analytics, and health-system planning.
• Establish governance structures clarifying ownership, accountability, and responsibilities for data.
• Partner with government leaders, healthcare executives, clinical stakeholders, technical teams, and
• Develop digital health strategies and roadmaps supporting system-wide transformation.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Healthcare Sciences, Health Administration, Business Administration, Health
• 10+ years leading Canadian healthcare data governance strategy at provincial/territorial level or
• 10+ years of leadership in government, health-system planning, data/digital health initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead at provincial healthcare-system scale and influence large initiatives.
• 5+ years with Privacy departments and Chief Privacy Officers on privacy policies and ethical data
• 8+ years of experience developing digital health policies/roadmaps at provincial level.
