📋 Description

• Lead establishment of a healthcare data governance program at provincial or system-wide scale.
• Develop and maintain governance frameworks, policies, standards, and data stewardship.
• Provide strategic leadership across governance, privacy, analytics, and digital health.
• Clarify ownership and responsibilities for data across the ecosystem.
• Partner with government and healthcare leaders to align priorities.
• Develop digital health roadmaps supporting system-wide transformation.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Healthcare Sciences, Health Admin, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years leading Canadian healthcare data governance strategy at provincial level (or comparable).
• 10+ years in government health-system planning and data/digital health initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead at provincial healthcare-system scale.
• 8+ years developing digital health strategies and roadmaps.
• 5+ years working with Privacy and policy teams on PIA and consent.
