Data Integration Lead

📋 Description

• Lead and guide the integration team in the design and delivery of integration solutions
• Define integration strategies and select appropriate patterns for connecting the MDM platform with third-party systems
• Plan, structure, and coordinate all integration activities, including effort estimation and resource planning
• Develop and maintain detailed integration workplans aligned with architecture and program governance
• Oversee end-to-end execution of integration deliverables, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery
• Collaborate closely with architects, business stakeholders, system experts, and project management

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data integration and/or data engineering roles
• 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership or team lead role
• Strong hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools and modern data integration patterns
• Solid knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data warehousing concepts
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, web services, microservices architecture, and data streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka)
