• Lead data team recruitment, training, performance, and norms for a high-efficiency team.
• Build enterprise data governance: quality, security, lifecycle; eliminate silos.
• Lead platforms/tools selection (Databricks, AWS, Spark, Kafka) and cloud practices.
• Collaborate with cross-department teams; provide dashboards and APIs for growth.
• Oversee data projects' lifecycle; manage progress, quality and cost for on-time delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/MS in CS/SE/Data; 8+ yrs data exp; 3+ yrs leading teams; crypto/fintech exp.
• Big data stack: Spark/Flink/Kafka; Databricks/Delta Lake; DW/LA design.
• AWS: EC2/S3/Glue/EMR/Redshift; cloud-native architecture.
• Data modeling: dimensional modeling; star/snowflake; high-concurrency.
• Python/Scala/Java; ETL development and pipelines.
• Data governance: governance systems; quality and security.
