📋 Description

• Analyze cross-border payments lifecycle: processing, clearing, FX settlement, risk control.
• Plan and implement data warehouse, data middle platform, and BI visualization.
• Lead BI and data engineering teams; set standardized workflows.
• Collaborate with business, risk, ops, finance, and product; enable data-driven decisions.
• Build daily data monitoring, early warning, and regular business reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 8 years experience in data analysis and data management within cross-border payment or fintech.
• Strong commercial data thinking; build frameworks from a business perspective.
• Proficient in data platforms, data warehouses, and data governance; lead planning.
• Minimum 2 years data team management; cross-department collaboration.
• Proficient in SQL, data analysis tools and BI visualization; bachelor’s degree or above.
