Data Licensing & Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end operational management of third-party data portfolio.
• Procurement lifecycle: vendor IDs, evaluations, contracts, onboarding.
• Primary contact for data vendors; manage relationships and reviews.
• Administer licensing agreements; track terms, use rights, reporting.
• Guide pricing strategies and cost allocation for data assets.
• Lead data operations projects and manage multiple workstreams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years in vendor management, procurement, or data operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, information management, or healthcare administration.
• Experience negotiating data licensing or software procurement agreements.
• Strong project management; independent, cross-team communication.
• Familiarity with healthcare data types and regulatory constraints (HIPAA, DUA).
• Excellent documentation and vendor governance skills.
