📋 Description

Resolve high-priority P1/P2 SAP incidents
Maintain stability across SAP production landscapes
Work on SAP administration, monitoring, and performance
Coordinate transport management and incident resolution
Collaborate with application, infra, DB, and business teams
Contribute to upgrades, patches, and continuous improvements

🎯 Requirements

6–8 years SAP BASIS admin/production support
Proven P1/P2 incident management against SLAs/KPIs
Strong SAP NetWeaver administration, monitoring, tuning
Experience with transport management, background jobs, spool/printers, user/client admin
Knowledge: work process analysis, dumps, logs, traces, queues
Experience with SAP kernel, patching, upgrades, profile mgmt
