Data Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• This Data Operations Analyst will support the Reference Data Function and handle client
• Perform cross coding and item-related quality checks daily; back-up to other coders when needed.
• Validate data and coordinate with clients/stakeholders to resolve data, process, or product queries.
• Maintain and document special instructions for category assignment; manage workload to meet
• Strive for accuracy from validation to database setup and sample management; identify areas for
• Willing to learn and grow as a category expert; collaborate in a multicultural team environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin / Statistics or related field.
• Fresh graduate or 1–2 years experience in data/operations are welcome.
• FMCG background or encoder experience is a plus.
• Team player with strong data accuracy, analytical thinking and accountability.
• Strong written and verbal English and Thai skills (mandatory).
• Proficient in Excel; knowledge of SQL, R or Python is an advantage.
