Data Operations Executive

📋 Description

• Accurate data to ensure teams have the correct information on time.
• Contribute to data quality, accuracy, and coverage for trustworthy data.
• Perform manual data entries and updates to support weekly calculations.
• Proactively identify and correct data discrepancies before they impact decisions.
• Ensure consistency of data across multiple platforms and systems.
• Partner with product teams to build tools for data visibility and reporting capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Some experience with Excel or a passion for numerical data.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive mindset.
• Growth mindset - you're keen to learn, enjoy feedback and adapting to new ways of working.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Bulgarian.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with CRM-style tools like Hubspot, Jira etc would be a bonus.
