Data Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own data products end-to-end across Habitat Health pillars.
• Bridge Product and Data teams with C-Suite and VP stakeholders.
• Own roadmap, priorities, and delivery across dashboards and data services.
• Collaborate with development to align data initiatives with business needs.
• Balance business objectives with end-user needs and constraints.
• Work across discovery, specs, delivery, design, QC, and rollout.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years in product management, data/BI, or related field.
• Hands-on with data products, dashboards, or reporting tools end-to-end.
• Solid data skills: SQL, data modeling, and validation.
• Experience with Jira, backlog management, and sprint processes.
• Familiarity with modern data stack (Power BI, Databricks, Azure).
• Ability to write clear technical specs and collaborate with engineers.
