📋 Description

• Oversee data processing records, retention policies, and embed data protection controls directly
• Advise on data protection risk assessments, monitor DPIA performance, and ensure compliance with
• Support the Data Controller in investigating potential personal data breaches and lead the incident
• Oversee third-party vendor and partner compliance procedures, and manage a system for handling Data
• Drive data protection training and awareness programmes, embedding a genuine culture of compliance
• Provide expert guidance on the privacy implications of new technologies and AI initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Proven background in a data protection role, ideally within a tech or gaming environment—you've
• Deep, working knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and other key data protection regulations, with a genuine
• Strong understanding of data processing in customer-facing environments, with the ability to
• An analytical, proactive mindset—you spot issues early, bring solutions to the table, and can
• A degree in Law, Data Protection, Information Security, or a related field—or equivalent practical
• CIPP/E, CIPM, or equivalent privacy certifications are a bonus, as is a background in contract law
