Data Quality & Governance Specialist

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end Data Quality program: SLAs, monitoring, testing, issues.
• Gather requirements with business/data teams to define data quality rules.
• Build and maintain dbt-based data quality tests (Bronze/Silver/Gold).
• Build DQ dashboards and lead root-cause analysis to improve trust.
• Bridge Data and Business teams on definitions, ownership, governance decisions.
• Facilitate workshops with domain owners to define rules and data contracts.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Data Quality and Governance.
• Hands-on experience running DQ and Governance in production.
• Strong dbt and SQL skills.
• Experience with OpenMetadata, DataHub, Collibra, or similar.
• Experience building DQ dashboards and stakeholder communication.
• Strong ownership and ability to work independently.
