📋 Description

Engineer and optimize data replication environments
Move data between databases, infra, and cloud platforms
Hands-on config, performance tuning, monitoring, troubleshooting
Maintain resilient pipelines with availability, security, recovery
Collaborate with DBAs and infra teams for reliable operations
Strengthen monitoring, docs, DR and high-availability practices

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s in CS/IS or equivalent experience
3+ years in data replication/integration
Hands-on with SQDR/SQDR Plus (install/ config/ admin)
Strong knowledge of CDC, log mining, archive-log mgmt
Experience with DB2 LUW/zOS, Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL
Familiar with ODBC/JDBC connectivity and native APIs
