📋 Description

• Design and implement core analytics infrastructure (data warehousing, ETL, visualization)
• Establish data quality standards and automate reporting
• Create dashboards for key metrics across ops, finance, partnerships, growth
• Develop analytics for transaction monitoring, liquidity, platform performance, revenue forecasting
• Build risk monitoring and fraud detection analytics
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing analytics team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• 6+ years in analytics or data science roles
• Strong Python and SQL programming
• Experience with Snowflake, dbt, Airflow
• Proven ability to build and maintain large-scale data pipelines
• Excellent communication to present data to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and meticulous attention to detail
