Data Science & Analytics Technical Lead

📋 Description

• Lead design, development, and deployment of ML models and data mining.
• Build predictive models for customer behavior, churn, and demand forecasting.
• Conduct advanced exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends and insights.
• Develop algorithms for classification, regression, NLP, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with data engineering, product, and business teams to set DS goals.
• Lead feature engineering, hyperparameter tuning, and model validation to ensure accuracy and robustness.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, CS, Math, or Stats; 5+ years in DS/ML with leadership.
• Master's or PhD preferred; relevant experience can substitute for education.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; must have clearance to start.
• Proven track record leading data science projects.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (data engineering, product, business).
• Strong experience with feature engineering, model validation, and deployment.
