📋 Description

• Lead a team of data engineers and applied data scientists
• Set priorities, develop talent, manage performance
• Translate business objectives into technical requirements
• Strategic partner on data, AI, ML to improve productivity
• Architect and deliver scalable data pipelines and ML systems
• Oversee data flows, maintenance, and reliability

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years data engineering, 3+ years leading data/ML teams
• Proven coaching and inclusive leadership
• Strong GCP data infra, governance, storage, caching
• Experience with BigQuery/Snowflake, Dataform/dbt
• Knowledge of Airflow and complex SQL/Python pipelines
• Experience with Dataflow/Spark or similar
