🎯 Requirements

5–8 years total experience; 4+ years in hands-on Data Science; 2+ years leading teams or large
BE/BS or MS/PhD in CS, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or related quantitative field.
Advanced modeling and mathematics: deep learning, classical ML, Bayesian inference; time-series
Engineering & MLOps: Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, PySpark/TensorFlow), SQL
Nice to Have: strategic translation, technical mentorship, Agile/Scrum, stakeholder management.
