🎯 Requirements

3+ years managing a team of 5+ ICs
Proven track record building high-performing teams
Strong foundation in data science with causal inference (experimental or observational)
Experience turning stakeholder needs into team priorities
Experience setting technical direction and reviewing designs
Ability to plan roadmaps and manage expectations with demanding customers
