📋 Description

• Role focuses on evaluating, routing, prompting, grounding, and orchestrating a suite of small
• Build evaluation infrastructure for non-deterministic systems running on local models and turn
• Develop production prediction and trend capability (forecasting, anomaly detection, early-warning
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, frontend, and product in a secure, compliant
• Define what "good" means for model outputs and reliability under edge-case conditions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Data Science/CS/Stats/Math or related field, or equivalent.
• 3+ years in data science, ML, or applied quantitative analysis.
• Strong applied statistics; ability to design experiments and significance tests on noisy data.
• Production experience with predictive/time-series models, forecasting, or anomaly detection.
• Experience evaluating LLM/NLP systems; eval design, quality measurement, retrieval evaluation, or
• Proficiency in Python and strong SQL.
