📋 Description

• Build Predictive Weather Models: design, train, deploy ML + spatio-temporal models using weather
• Derive Actionable Insights: end-to-end analysis on meteorological data to identify patterns and
• Drive B2B & Commercial Growth: partner with Sales/Marketing/Revenue to build analytics for B2B
• Optimize ML Performance: leverage PySpark, Dask, Ray; use Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TF, LLMs to speed
• Own the Model Lifecycle: manage testing, deployment, monitoring for production-grade stability.
• Technical documentation: document model architectures, data lineage, decision logic for

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in a STEM discipline; Master’s/PhD preferred but not required.
• 3+ years in data science in B2B, with spatio-temporal modeling and time-series in weather data.
• High proficiency in Google BigQuery (SQL, window functions, optimization).
• Python for modeling/visualization; NumPy, SciPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with distributed frameworks (Apache Spark).
• Strong communication skills to explain complex ideas to non-technical audiences.
