Data Scientist (m/f/d)

📋 Description

• Enhancing models: improve features, tune parameters, use more data
• Algorithm Development: develop and deploy scalable ML algorithms
• Data Exploration: identify/explore new data sources
• Solution Research: investigate new ML solutions to optimize steps
• A/B Testing: run and evaluate A/B tests to drive insights

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in developing data science products
• Proficient in Python, Spark, Hadoop, Airflow, Docker, SQL
• Hands-on experience with algorithms for large/sparse data (prediction, clustering, outliers)
• Experience building neural network-based products (classification, regression, multi-task)
• Familiarity with CatBoost/LightGBM in production is a plus
• Previous Ad-Tech experience is a must
