📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced fleet planning systems for purchasing, pricing, and projections
• Formulate and solve optimization problems: linear, nonlinear, dynamic, stochastic
• Planning decisions affect stakeholders; explain the why behind results
• Build models capturing pricing and car allocation complexity
• Stay current on research in revenue management, OR, and ML
• Mentor junior team members

🎯 Requirements

• Optimization & solvers: linear, nonlinear, integer programming; dynamic/stochastic
• Master's in Operations Research / Applied Math / Statistics
• ML: supervised/unsupervised methods, evaluation, production deployment
• Python for data analysis, modeling, deployment
• Analytical mindset: translate problems into actionable models; clear communication
• Revenue management experience or stock optimization
