📋 Description

• Design, train, and optimize ASR and TTS models for production use
• Develop ML models for speech and non-speech tasks
• Build end-to-end ML pipelines: data gathering to inference
• Collaborate with DE/DevOps to deploy solutions
• Plan ML projects and communicate impact to stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in ML, DL and Speech Processing
• Strong Python skills; production-ready ML code
• Fundamental knowledge of ML/DL theory
• Experience training/deploying speech tasks (ASR, STT, TTS, diarization)
• End-to-end ML pipelines: data gathering, training, validation, inference
• Git and Docker proficiency
