🎯 Requirements

3–10 years in high-ownership roles (founder/GM/strategy).
SQL proficiency; strong data ops.
Technical fluency with data and operations; detail-oriented.
Comfortable with ambiguity and fast pace.
Low-ego, collaborative, mission-driven.
