Data Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Take ownership of escalated incidents from L1; lead analysis and resolve within SLAs.
• Investigate and resolve incidents across analytics, integration, and MDM with engineers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot Snowflake pipelines, SnapLogic, Reltio MDM, Boomi, and reporting platforms.
• Perform root cause analysis and contribute to improvements and docs.
• Monitor platform health with observability tools to minimize disruption.
• Create runbooks, docs, and knowledge articles; drive improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience supporting enterprise apps, data platforms, or production systems.
• Troubleshoot apps, integrations, and data pipelines using SQL and data analysis.
• Experience with Snowflake and integration tools like Boomi or SnapLogic.
• Familiarity with observability/incident tools: Datadog, PagerDuty, ServiceNow, Jira.
• Experience using Python for troubleshooting and automation.
• Understanding of AWS cloud environments.
