📋 Description

• Lead data migration development team to ensure quality and performance objectives
• Oversee ETL architecture and ensure reliability and optimal performance
• Collaborate with Project Managers to manage client expectations and resolve blockers
• Plan workload based on deployment priorities and client timelines
• Mentor junior and intermediate developers to accelerate growth
• Participate in recruitment and performance evaluations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Software Eng or equivalent
• 5-7 years in data integration (ETL) or database management
• Team management or mentorship experience is a strong asset
• Advanced SQL (stored procedures, optimization, complex analysis)
• Strong knowledge of C# and the .NET environment
• Relational database design understanding
