DataOPS Engineer - Banking

📋 Description

• Administer and monitor IT service solutions in the area of responsibility, track SLA performance
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal rules for IT equipment
• Proactively optimize functional parameters and SIP activities
• Periodically evaluate IT systems for technical requirements, security, availability
• Develop and update operational procedures for monitoring and service failures
• Define alerts for system monitoring and proactive intervention

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role (Banking/Telecommunications a plus)
• Experience with ETL methodologies and Data Warehousing; Solid PL/SQL
• Scripting knowledge; experience with databases and IT security
• English language proficiency
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and ability to work independently or in a team
