Sell the daVinci Surgical System to hospitals within the assigned territory.
Drive system adoption to improve clinical outcomes.
Manage the complex sales process of the daVinci Surgical Systems into new or existing hospitals.
Develop and execute short, mid, and long-term strategies to maximize system adoption.
Lead multiple projects to maintain pipeline health and achieve targets.
Collaborate with Clinical Sales, marketing, and cross-functions to grow utilization.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Approximately 10–12 years of commercial experience; minimum 5 years in healthcare/high-tech sales
Proven sales track record with strong influence and engagement skills
Self-motivated with metric-based process orientation
Excellent market insight, leadership presence, and project management abilities
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication in Korean and English
