You will oversee inventory control and cycle count programs, ensuring alignment with Finance and
Develop metrics and reporting for Finance and Operations on cycle count and cancellation results.
Keep Finance/Operations updated on cycle count results and trends.
Assist in testing/rolling out fulfillment system upgrades or new packages.
Analyze data to identify cost savings and improve customer service and performance.
Identify trends affecting fulfillment and customer service to raise center quality and cancellation

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a fulfillment center or warehouse supervising 20+ people.
Experience with multiple small parcel carriers.
