📋 Description

• Own the quote-to-order-form workflow from verbal yes to signed and billed
• Build and run the deal approval and discount matrix for self-serve vs sign-off
• Be the single contact for deal structuring questions during deals
• Partner with Finance and Legal to keep the order-to-cash process clean
• Support usage-based and consumption deals as AI billing rolls out
• Find and remove manual work by automating and documenting

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in deal desk, order management, revenue operations, or quote-to-cash at a high-growth SaaS
• Strong command of the full quote-to-cash cycle from pricing to billing hand-off
• Comfort building processes from scratch: workflows, approvals, controls, documentation
• Judgment on deal speed vs control and sensitive pricing
• Clear communicator with Account Executives, Finance, and customers
• Proficiency with CRM and quoting tools; experience with usage-based billing, multi-currency, or CPQ
