Deal Desk Manager

📋 Description

• Own the relationship with several sales teams as the primary point person for deal-related
• Educate the sales team on internal processes and deal negotiation strategies.
• Identify areas for process improvement and lead projects that help Asana scale.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships with partner teams to advise on deals.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in deal desk, finance, contracts, sales ops, or revenue roles.
• Strategic thinking when designing deals to fit customer needs and maximize revenue.
• Process-oriented mindset with track record of workflow improvements.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and trusted advisor in deals.
• Experience with AI tools in commercial workflows is a plus.
• Experience in Software/SaaS, CPQ tools, or revenue recognition/US GAAP is preferred.
