Serve as trusted advisor to Sales, Finance, Marketing, Security and IT to streamline Lead-To-Cash
Educate Sales on process changes to improve performance and unlock sales capacity.
Train and mentor Deal Desk team to provide excellent support to field and customers.
Handle intake and triage of Deal Desk SFDC Queue; prioritize workload with urgency.
Identify opportunities for sales process improvements and enablement.
Provide deal support with manual orders, guidance, system updates and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
2+ years experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement or Deal Desk
