Proactively initiate deal strategy conversations with sellers ahead of key milestones, flagging
Document the sequence of events required to close each assigned deal and track progress against it
Participate in regular cadence meetings with account teams to support deal velocity from inception
Own deal structuring and documentation, including order form updates
Secure required internal approvals and coordinate directly with Legal on standard contract terms
