• Proactively initiate deal strategy with sellers
• Document close sequence and drive cadence
• Establish regular cadence with account teams
• Own end-to-end deal strategy and docs
• Triages deal complexity; escalate or resolve as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10+ years in Deal Desk or similar roles
• Trusted advisor to AEs and RVPs; proactive strategy
• Knowledge of contract structuring, order forms, pricing
• Collaboration with Legal, Finance, Sales Ops
• Judgment to triage complexity; decide escalation or resolution
• Excellent written/verbal communication; direct customer talks
