🎯 Requirements

3+ years in Delivery Management, Agile Delivery or similar
Strong experience in Agile or hybrid delivery (Scrum, Kanban)
Proven ability to deliver complex initiatives in evolving environments
Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management
Structured, pragmatic, outcomes-focused approach
Experience with Jira and Confluence
