Delivery Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end software delivery and release management for production rollouts.
• Coordinate across development, QA, operations, and support to ensure timely, quality releases.
• Oversee release planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
• Drive continuous improvement of release processes and metrics.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership to align releases with business goals.
• Act as main point of contact for stakeholders during the release cycle.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in a similar delivery/release management role.
• Strong leadership across cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Deep SDLC, CI/CD, and release management expertise.
• Proven ability to manage multiple releases and priorities with excellent communication.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
