Demand Gen Marketer (US Remote)

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end demand engine from strategy to pipeline impact
• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across outbound, paid, content, events, and partnerships
• Build programs that generate qualified pipeline across target accounts in insurance and wealth
• Translate product positioning into high-performing campaigns and messaging
• Align with product launches and GTM priorities
• Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and leadership to translate positioning into programs

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or related roles in B2B SaaS
• Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through marketing programs
• Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing (paid, outbound, content, events, etc.)
• Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing and optimizing campaign performance
• Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment
• Strong collaboration skills across marketing, sales, and product teams
