7+ years in demand planning, forecasting, or related analytical roles
Experience across multiple channels (DTC, e-commerce, marketplaces, wholesale/retail)
Strong analytical skills; translate data into actionable insights
Deep understanding of forecasting methods, seasonality, promotions, new product forecasting, and
Experience with large SKU-level datasets and data quality discipline
Excellent communication and stakeholder management to drive consensus
