📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, support, and evaluate a team of Demo Engineers to foster growth and collaboration.
• Manage capacity, prioritize requests, allocate work, and ensure resources for successful delivery.
• Establish and improve standards, processes, and lifecycle guidelines for demo environments and

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience leading technical teams or operations in Sales Engineering, Technical Support
• 5+ years hands-on with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure; experience with API integrations
• Scripting experience with Python, Bash, or JavaScript for environment setup, automation, and
• Experience leading cross-functional technical delivery for events, launches, or high-visibility
• Ability to balance people leadership with hands-on technical contribution as a working manager.
